Returns & Refunds

Each FireWives piece is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@firewives.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

We encourage all customers to review sizing details carefully before placing an order.
